Some frequently asked questions about design packages

  • Is a creative design package right for me?

    Meeting the communication design needs of your business can be tricky. If your communication design needs vary throughout the year, arise unexpectedly, or you have ongoing needs for design services that don’t require having a designer on staff, a creative retainer might be the perfect solution for your business.

  • What services are included in each package?

    Graphic design: for new products/services; 

    Print materials: sale sheets, flyers, brochures, posters, etc.; 

    Digital materials: social media graphics, blog banners, and other web designs; 

    Website updates and maintenance: content, graphics, and web maintenance can be provided for current web design clients; 

    Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases and/or printing costs.

  • How will you keep track of the hours?

    We will create a Client Portal through our software and each month. A report will be prepared that shows all the hours that were dedicated to your project(s) for that month.

  • Can I add more hours?

    Yes, absolutely. Hours added after the allotted package hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $150 per hour.

  • Is printing included in the retainer fee?

    No. The prices shown are strictly for design only. If you need printing as well, just let us know and we'd be happy to quote you with one of our industry preferred vendors.
