Some frequently asked questions about design packages
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debits cards, and company checks.

  • Can you host my website?

    Yes, we can. We have our dedicated server and will never run out of room. Our plans vary with each type of project but generally are about $3 per month, paid annually.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For Website or Branding Design contracts, please refer to our Terms of Service for all Cancellation policies and terms


    In the event of termination, the Client shall pay Designer for the services performed through the date of termination in the amount of a prorated portion of the Designer fees due. Client shall pay all other expenses, fees, and additional costs incurred through the date of termination.


    If this contract is terminated by the Client, 5/12 Studio is not responsible for the return of any down payments made by the Client.


    In the event of termination, the Client shall return all preliminary works and all designer tools to the Designer. Further, the Client will no longer have license to use any preliminary works and the designer tools.


    All booking deposits are final and all website project installments are final.

  • Can I add E-Commerce to my site later on?

    Yes, you can add the E-Commerce feature at any time. When upgrading your plan, you'll receive a new charge for the online shopping cart addition and a new yearly or monthly recurring payment will adjust to the date we launch your online store. 

  • Do you offer email accounts?

    Not at this time, but you can purchase email accounts from GoDaddy or Google. We recommend either as they both have great support and can easily integrate with your site.
