Some frequently asked questions about e-Commerce platform
  • Are there any transaction fees?

    No. There are no transaction fees with any of our plans. Before launching your store, you will need to provide a PayPal or Merchant Processor account so you can collect payments through the cart software.  We work closely with these processors and find them to be the most reasonable and trusted options for our platform.

  • Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?

    Yes. All plans are available month-to-month with no long-term commitments so you can change your plan at any time.


    Unfortunately, if you chose the annual commitment, we cannot refund the fee.

  • How secure is this platform?

    Your payment information is completely safe. All sensitive information always is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel. Moreover this platform is also a PCI DSS validated Level 1 Service Provider which is the gold standard for e-commerce solutions worldwide.

  • Can I add other features?
